RH 3 – turret head for turning
The RH 3 turret head is primarily designed for the turning of the fifth (‘top’) side of the workpiece and machining of internal and external cylindrical or conical surfaces (using linear interpolation).
It enables automatic mounting on a head stock with a sliding spindle, automatic rotation by 3x 120° and tool clamping using the Capto C6 system.
The head is adapted for cooling via the spindle axis and for easy automatic clamping using the AVTP system.
