Operator training

Properly trained operators are the key to safe operation, stable accuracy and full utilisation of the potential of CNC machines from TOS VARNSDORF. We offer professional operator, programming and maintenance training that helps customers reduce error rate, increase productivity, reduce downtime and speed up the training of new workers. 

The training courses are intended both for new machine users and for experienced operators who want to deepen their knowledge and work with the machine more efficiently in daily operation. 

We train operators of TOS VARNSDORF machines in our own training centre and workshops. 

TOS VARNSDORF has their own training centre for operating and programming CNC machines with HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS SINUMERIK control systems. The classroom is equipped with four programming workstations that enable machine control panel simulation. 

Part of the training is also practical teaching directly on machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF, where participants practice the acquired knowledge in real conditions. 

We determine the date, scope and focus of the training individually according to the needs of the customer, taking into account the type of machine, the experience of the participants and the production focus of the company. 

At the end of the training, each participant will receive a certificate of course completion. 

The content of the training can be individually adjusted according to customer needs.

Training target group: NC programmers, technologists, NC machine operators.

Conditions: knowledge of milling.

We also provide maintenance training for TOS VARNSDORF machines.
