TOS VARNSDORF carousel and spindle attachments expand the technological capabilities of machine tools when turning vertical, cylindrical and conical surfaces. 

They are designed for high rigidity, precision and compatibility with the AVTP automatic accessory change system, which enables quick and safe attachment change.

KH2 carousel attachment – automatically clamped attachment for turning

This carousel attachment is designed for turning vertical circumferential surfaces and also enables the machining of both internal and external cylindrical or conical surfaces. 

The turning tool is clamped using an ISO 50 taper, and the attachment is automatically mounted on the machine via the AVTP system. 

The attachment is adapted for cooling via the spindle axis, which guarantees a longer tool life and greater machined surface quality.

RH 3 – turret head for turning

The RH 3 turret head is primarily designed for the turning of the fifth (‘top’) side of the workpiece and machining of internal and external cylindrical or conical surfaces (using linear interpolation). 

It enables automatic mounting on a head stock with a sliding spindle, automatic rotation by 3 x 120° and tool clamping using the Capto C6 system. 

The head is adapted for cooling via the spindle axis and for easy automatic clamping using the AVTP system.

Straight carousel attachment – compact attachment with Capto C8 clamping

This straight carousel attachment is suitable for the turning of vertical circumferential surfaces and, to a limited extent, for the turning of horizontal surfaces. 

The turning tool is clamped using the Capto C8 system. The attachment is adapted for cooling via the spindle axis, and mounting is performed automatically by the AVTP system. 

The compact design ensures high rigidity and ideal access to the workpiece.

VNK 560 - Spindle attachment for GRATA

The VNK 560 spindle attachment replaces the working spindle of the GRATA machine.

It contains a complete drive mechanism and precise mounting of the working spindle in high-quality spindle bearings. 

Lubrication is provided by permanent grease, which guarantees a long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.
