Repairs and modernisation 

Repairs and modernisation of CNC machines from TOS VARNSDORF are aimed at restoring technical condition, accuracy and operational reliability. We offer a full range of service interventions – from minor repairs through medium and general repairs to machine retrofitting, which enable the equipment to be adapted to current technological and production requirements. Thanks to our detailed design knowledge of TOS VARNSDORF machines, we help customers extend the life of their investment and maintain stable production even after years of operation. 

Retrofitting machines 

We carry out retrofitting (modernisation) of horizontal boring machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF, the aim of which is to restore the technical level of the machine and adapt it to current production requirements. These modernisations/upgrades are usually associated with a machine overhaul and include the renewal of key mechanical, electrical and control parts. 

Machine overhaul 

We carry out general repairs of horizontal boring machines, horizontal machining centres and table and floor-type horizontal boring and milling machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF. The modernisation of selected machine systems is also an integral part of these repairs. We offer our customers several solutions  depending on the technical condition of the equipment, from repairs of selected mechanical parts to complete overhauls of the machine. 

Medium-scale machine repair 

We offer relocation services for older customer machines and the related intermediate repair of individual worn or damaged components. These works include, for example, guide surface grinding, sled lubrication, main bearing greasing, bearing replacement, conical cavity grinding on older machines, balancing cable replacement and other professional service interventions depending on the machine condition. 

Minor machine repair 

Depending on the customer’s current needs, we also carry out minor machine repairs focused on eliminating specific technical defects, restoring the functionality of selected parts or ensuring the overall trouble-free operation of machines manufactured by TOS VARNSDORF.
