Retrofitting machines

We carry out retrofitting (modernisation) of horizontal boring machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF. These modernisations are mostly associated with machine overhauls.

Machine overhaul

We carry out general repairs of horizontal boring machines, horizontal machining centres and table and floor-type horizontal boring and milling machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF. The modernisation of these machines is inseparably linked with this. We offer several variants, for example, a complete overhaul of the machine or an overhaul of the mechanical part of the machine.

Medium-scale machine repair

Moving older customer machines together with related medium-scale repairs to their damaged groups (grinding guide surfaces, lubricating slides, greasing the main bearing, grinding the cones of older machines, replacement of balancing rope lubrication, etc.).

Minor machine repair

According to customer needs, we carry out minor repairs of machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF.
