Programming training

Effective CNC programming is essential for accurate, stable and economical machining. We offer professional training courses for TOS VARNSDORF CNC machine programming focusing on practical work with HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS SINUMERIK control systems. The training courses help CNC programmers and technologists to speed up production preparation, reduce the number of corrections and fully utilise the technological capabilities of the machine. 

The training courses are intended both for less experienced CNC programmers and for experts who want to deepen their knowledge of programming, streamline the creation of CNC programs and better respond to specific production requirements. 

We train NC programmers of TOS VARNSDORF machines in our own training centre and workshops. 

TOS VARNSDORF a.s. has their own training centre focused on programming and operation of CNC machines with HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS SINUMERIK control systems. The classroom is equipped with four programming workstations that enable machine control panel simulation and safe testing of CNC programs. 

The training also includes practical training directly on CNC machines produced by TOS VARNSDORF, where participants verify the correctness of programs, technological procedures and settings in real operation. 

We arrange the training date, scope and focus individually according to the needs of the customer, taking the type of machine, the control system used, the experience of the participants and the nature of production into account. 

At the end of the training, each participant will receive a certificate of course completion. 

The content of the training can be individually adjusted according to customer needs.

Training target group: NC programmers, technologists, NC machine operators.

Conditions: knowledge of milling.

We also provide operating and maintenance training for TOS VARNSDORF machines.
