Cementation

  • in a salt bath with subsequent thermal hardening in AS 140 of a part with a maximum length of 600 mm and a diameter of 300 mm to a cementation depth of 1.2 mm
  • in monocarb with subsequent oil hardening of a part with a maximum length of 1,400 mm and a diameter of 600 mm to a cementation depth of
    1.5 mm

Hardening

  • in oil, both small parts and finishing parts, parts with a maximum length of 4,000 mm and a diameter of 150 mm, heating to the hardening temperature without a protective atmosphere
  • in water, low carbon steel, only small parts (maximum hardening temperature 980°C)

Nitridation

  • gas – 2 stands – temperature 520°C – depth of nitridation 0.5-0.7 mm – 1st stand – dimensions: dia. 250 x 2,400 mm and 2nd stand: dia. 250 x 2,700 mm
  • plasma – temperature 480°C to 560°C – depth of nitridation 0.25-0.5 mm – furnace dia. 1,000 mm x depth 4,000 mm

Place for H2

  • in the N2 protective atmosphere – parts with a maximum length of 4,000 mm and a diameter of 600 mm
  • large bogie-hearth furnace with gas heating of parts with dimensions of 7,000 mm x 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm, the possibility of all annealing operations with a maximum temperature of 580°C
  • bogie-hearth furnace (2x) with electric heating of parts with dimensions of 2,500 mm x 1,000 mm x 600 mm, the possibility of all annealing operations with a maximum temperature of 960°C
  • shaft furnace with electric heating of parts with dimensions of 1,700 mm x dia. 900 mm, the possibility of all annealing operations with a maximum temperature of 960°C
  • chamber furnaces only for small parts, the possibility of all annealing operations with a maximum temperature of 900°C

Alkaline blackening

  • parts with maximum dimensions of 1,100 mm x 650 mm x 350 mm

Place for H2

  • steel shot diameter of 0.16 mm, the diameter of the work table is 1,500 mm

Production of laboratory and technical water (on the AQUA OSMOTIC 02 water device) for:

  1. analytical purposes
  2. normal consumption in the laboratory
  3. solution mixing, etc.
  4. washing laboratory glassware
  5. adding to batteries

All negotiations, including the administrative handling of orders, are carried out directly in the hardening shop.
