WH 10 is a table-type horizontal boring machine with a retractable main spindle with a diameter of 100 mm and maximum table load of 3,000 kg. With its size, the machine ranks among the smallest representatives of TOS VARNSDORF a.s. machines.
The optimally dimensioned machine structure made of grey cast iron consists of a fixed stand and a longitudinal bed, along which the transverse bed moves, on which the rotary table is placed. Thanks to the rigid structure with excellent vibration damping, sufficiently dimensioned drives and precise guidance with defined clearances, the machine is intended for universal machining of non-rotating workpieces of smaller size and weight, mainly made of cast iron, cast steel and steel, including technologically demanding operations.
Special accessories, peripheral devices and special equipment of a mainly technological nature are used to expand the machine capabilities (e.g. guide supports, face plate, milling heads, clamping accessories, etc.).

A collection of unique technical solutions and special functions
The Job management function displays an overview of work orders and operations directly on the control panel of the machine tool, which is connected to the company's ERP system (including a desktop application for the foremen of the production hall).
The technical means of our service is the possibility of remote connection using an Internet connection to the machine at the customer's place (we have the relevant software in the company and after enabling the service on the customer's side, we are able to connect to the machine remotely).
Work volume monitoring
The system allows the image from one or more cameras to be displayed on the machine control panel screen.
On TOS Varnsdorf machines the weight of the headstock is balanced (depending on the machine type) by means of counterweights inside the column or by means of a hydromechanical system.
