Operator Stations
For maximum operator comfort, TOS VARNSDORF machines are equipped with modern operator stations that meet the most stringent ergonomic and safety requirements.
Every station is designed to give the operator a perfect overview of the work area, easy machine control and safe access for manual handling or adjustment.
The stations can be designed as fixed cabins or movable work cabins that can be moved horizontally and vertically independently of the machine.
This concept significantly increases the comfort, accuracy and effectiveness of the operator’s work.
Ergonomics and design
The ergonomically designed workstations are sufficiently spacious, easily accessible and provide optimal visual contact with the workpiece during machining, as well as for clear ‘tuning’ of NC programs.
They allow easy access to the work area for comfortable manual tool change and easy workpiece clamping.
The design of the cabins and control panels is adapted so that all controls are within easy reach of the operator, eliminating unnecessary movements and increasing work effectiveness.
