Clamping devices

TOS VARNSDORF clamping devices are special technological accessories designed for machining centres and horizontal boring machines.

They are used for secure and precise clamping of workpieces in accordance with the requirements of the given machining technology.

Thanks to a wide range of standardised and customised solutions, they enable effective clamping of parts of all sizes – from smaller components to heavy workpieces with high stability requirements.

The standard range includes a wide selection of clamping angles, plates and blocks that can be combined according to requirements for dimensions, shape and clamping groove system.

• Clamping squares – UU series 
  Robust design for precise positioning of larger workpieces, often in a vertical position for easy access during machining and chip removal. Size range: UU 800 – UU 6,000
• Clamping plates – UD series 
  Universal flat clamping surfaces for the fixation of workpieces with large bases. Often used as a base when using other clamping elements. 
  Size range: UD 2,000 – UD 5,000
• Clamping blocks – UK series 
  Compact and rigid solution for the clamping of more complex workpiece shapes. 
  Size range: UK 500 – UK 3,000
