Szkolenie pracowników obsługi i konserwacji
We provide training for operators of TOS VARNSDORF machines at our own training centre and workshops.
TOS VARNSDORF a.s. has a training centre available for HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 and SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D operators and programmers. In the classroom there are four programming workplaces, which enable emulation of the machine’s control panel. We also provide an option for our customers to directly check their knowledge on actual TOS VARNSDORF machines.
Upon completing the training, each participant will receive a completion certificate. We can adapt the time of the training to your needs.
Training content:
- operating modes of the system
- description of the screen, display options
- manual work mode
- positioning mode with manual setting
- machine coordinate system and workpiece
- description and setting of tools
- working with the tool table
- programming tool paths
- cycles (drilling, milling)
- cycle 19
- data transfer to a PC
- management of files stored on the hard drive and archiving
The training content can be individually adapted to the customer’s needs.
Target groups for the training: NC programmers, manufacturing engineers, NC machine operators.
Prerequisites: knowledge of milling.
We also provide training on TOS VARNSDORF machine maintenance.
