Motivation
Customer requirements are directed towards maximizing the machine's usability - both drilling/boring operations and milling. The aim is to find a technical solution that allows the use of both, the travelling spindle and various technological accessories for milling operations while maintaining high productivity of the machine.
Description
The TOS VARNSDORF machines are equipped with a universal interface that allows to mount various technological accessories (in an automatic cycle) on the travelling spindle. This solution also includes several different types of technological accessory magazines.
Almost all machines are equipped with a full-fledged travelling spindle, which they can use, as well as with a universal interface for the automatic mounting of various technological accessories (e.g. various milling heads, facing heads, special tools, ....) according to the technological needs of the customer.
