SPEEDtec - Product description

Characteristics:

Machine SPEEDtec is high productive machine tool centre for high speed machining of cabinet, plate and dimensional difficult work pieces from iron, cast steel, steel and ironless metals with maximal weight 4000 kg.
Machine is optimal namely for series production and demanding technological usage, including up-to-date method of machining and usage of new machine tools.
As machine merits are namely permanent controlled coordinates in position connection and equipment with automatically tool exchange and palette with work pieces exchange.
Main merit of the machine is the possibility of permanent machining of work pieces with help of two independent spindles (tools) from booth sides, or simultaneously machining of two identical or different work pieces.

Design and conception of the machine:

• By the proposal were used up-to-dates methods of 3D design, check with help of load simulation and deformation with help of modern IT methods and methods of topological optimalization.
• As a further important element of the whole machine we see bottom carcass, on which are further assembled next assembly parts.
• Absolutely new solution was used by design of spindle stock plate.
• Choice of elektrospindle was realized with help of dynamical analysis (analysis, how the elektrospindle will react directly by machining).
• Automatically tool exchange is realized with help of world known producer, time of tool exchange – 6s (tool – tool).
• Group of automatically palette exchange is realized in absolutely new version, basic element is own manipulator, which is rotary and allows movement in direction to the machine. Rear stations are fixed and are giving the possibility for easier preparation of the work pieces with help of palette rotation.

On this machine it is possible to reach short machining times (acceleration of machining process and also acceleration of machine tool and palette exchange) than on machines with similar dimension (horizontal machine centre of middle size), especially for special range of work pieces (machining from both sides of the work piece) it is possible to reach important time reduction – up to more than 50%.

Top design of the machine is confirmed by complete covering, which was designed in such way, so the covering will fulfill strict ecological and safety requirements, but also will give the possibility of easy enter to service places, especially anchoring of the machine. According to customer needs the covering can be equipped with special additional equipments as for example suction of dust, steam, additional clearing etc.
