WHN 110 (Q, MC) - Product description

WHN 110 is another leading edge technology machine. A high engineering level, outstanding parameters and a broad range of optional travel lengths to choose from to obtain near the most favorable execution of the machine are the most significant features of this model.

The machine may optionally be equipped either with HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 or SINUMERIK 840D or FANUC, of which control the machine continuously in all five axes - X, Y, Z, W & B. Fully CNC rotary table allows for continuous machining during its controlled rotation. The machine may optionally be equipped with the Coolant-Through-Spindle (CTS) system, chip conveyor or workspace enclosure (splashguards). WHN 110 (Q/MC) horizontal boring mill/machining center is targeted to a demanding user who has the most sophisticated partprograms to apply and may thus exploit fully its progressive design for an effective machining.

WHN 110 Q - the same product equipped by automatic tool change (ATC)
WHN 110 MC - the full-fledged machining center equipped with both, ATC and APC (automatic pallet changer).

WHN 110 (Q, MC) horizontal boring mill is offered with two types of headstocks:

Headstock N - precise radial double-roller bearings with set up clearance combined with pre-loaded bi-directional axial ball-bearing

Headstock R - precise spindle type pre-loaded multiple setup ball-bearings.
