Equipment for automatic tool change

Automatic tool change is a stand-alone unit placed on the foundation beside the machine. The unit consists of a tool magazine and tool changer which is equipped with a swivel double-gripper arm.

According to production needs of a customer the magazine can be delivered in several models which differs in capacity or a design. Searching of a tool in the magazine is based on a tool pocket coded principle.

The equipment makes possible to change tools in automatic milling head (HUI 50,
HOI 50, HV/E-H if integrated on a headstock) equipped with spindle orientation.
